Established in 1990, Middleton Food Products has steadily grown into a major manufacturer of food products in the UK and beyond.

We manufacture a nationally recognised brand of glazes and seasonings into the butchery and meat processing industries. We work with the leading meat and poultry processing plants across Europe to provide them with bespoke seasonings and coatings. Our NPD and technical teams work in tandem with our customers to create unique flavour combinations for supermarkets, pub chains and foodservice companies.

Already recognised as the Nations favourite supplier of fish and chip batters, this range has expanded to incorporate award winning brands of breading, curries, gravies, and coatings in the fast-food industry. We work with the leading shops and restaurant chains to help them achieve the products which make their business work.

Middleton Foods have expanded the portfolio of products over many years. We are now one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of foodservice and bakery pre-mixes. We now provide branded and bespoke products into the largest National suppliers, restaurants, pub chains, educational authorities, and contract caterers.

Continuing to expand, Middleton Foods now own and operate a bespoke Gluten Free production facility in the heart of the West Midlands. We have expanded the range and breadth of our Gluten Free offerings over many years and now offer award winning branded and bespoke products to many of the UK’s leading eating establishments. We work closely with our customers to help them achieve the allergen and nutritional requirements that are demanded by worldwide legislation.
